I had it for $12000, and lowered the price to $11,500 due to mechanical repairs I think it may need. So I am at my lowest price at $11,500. The car runs great and I can't put any more money into it to figure out what the whining noise is under the hood. Sorry. I will however ask a mechanic this weekend when I see him what he thinks the noise is.
And to ship it to CA would be approx $1050. Hope this helps.

I actually never ran a carfax on it, mostly because it was a salvage already and it is what it is. I've seen flood salvage cars before, and this was def. not in water. Also, at the time I bought the car, I worked for an autobody shop, and it checked out OK on the frame machine and multiple alignment machines. As long as the frame was straight and everything checked out, it was good enough for me to rebuild.
I would actually like to find out what the ACTUAL history of the car is. I was told it was a theft recovery, but I don't want to be giving out false info.
si2die4 I PM'd you.

Just got an oil change this past weekend and the mechanic told me he thought a new belt would solve my whining noise problem. Other than that, the car rides fine.
