That's a fair statement. It's negotiable...thus the "reasonable offers considered". It's a good car and I took a guess at where to start with an asking price so there's a good chance I need to make an adjustment so I don't scare off potential buyers.

I've gotten some interest from this forum and Craigslist. A couple of guys found similar cars closer to them. Hoping to sell it soon, I really do need a back seat.

A couple of notes. First, I dropped the asking price. On Friday May 19th I had the oil changed (used Amsoil, as usual). On Wednesday may 24th took the car to Leith Honda in Raleigh to have an open recall closed. They checked an issue with a brake bleeder, my car didn't have the problem so no correction was needed. That was the only open issue on the Carfax. Leith Honda also replaced the Transmission, Rear differential and brake fluid.

Thanks, the longer it's for sale, the more stuff I do to make it better. Pretty soon I'm going to decide to keep it :-). Now I just need to find that bolt on back seat mod...

How's the condition of the soft top?

Valves ever adjusted?

Axle nuts torqued?

Thanks!

Top is OK, it has a few small tears that have been repaired. I have not adjusted the valves or torqued the axle nuts.
