I have the car listed on my local Craigslist as well...http://tucson.craigslist.org/cto/3952239146.html
I am a mechanical engineer and when it comes to maintenance I have been far beyond meticulous, obsessive-compulsive, and even anal-retentive about caring for this car. I basically treat it like an F1 car. I would literally change all the oils (engine & filter, transmission, & differential) after just a few hard drives regardless of miles. I used Amsoil Signature Series Synthetic 10W-30 for the engine with only a genuine Honda oil filter. For the differential I used Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-110. For the transmission I used genuine Honda MTF. I actually only fill the tank with Shell premium...I have never put anything else in the tank! I cleaned the car on a bi-weekly basis...inside and out...treated the leather, conditioned the soft top, etc. The photos below should speak for themselves. I included photos of the valvetrain from the last time I checked the clearances (at 30K) to show how clean and well-cared for the engine is.
The car comes with many nice extras:
Extensive maintenance records in Excel format and computer files
Custom made 24" high service ramps/stands (made from dealership display stands, can be seen in photos in my garage)
Brand new Bridgestone Potenza tires (not installed for these photos but will be installed for selling the car)
Grill Master black mesh grill (installed)
Invidia 63mm test pipe (installed)
Stock catalytic converter
Pro Clip iPhone holder (installed)
Honda S2000 fitted car cover
Fitted windshield sun deflector
Original Honda tonneau cover for soft top
4 wheel set of Hawk racing brake pads
Extra serpentine belt
Extra AP2 steering wheel (for replacement if leather gets worn out)
Brand new Honda air filter
Brand new Honda PCV valve (for later service)
2 gallons of Honda coolant
1 quart of Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-110 oil
1 quart of Amsoil Signature Series 10W-30 oil

I made the ramps and modified the stands to match. They are display stands for a car dealership. A company called Promotional Products must make them. There was a small sticker on one of them when I first got them. They were in a junkyard here in Tucson. I paid about $150 for them because one was 2' high and the other was 3' high. I put about 8 hours into modifying and bracing them and maybe about $100 in metal.
They go with the car.
They go with the car.
