I bought this car in 2011 with 41K miles on it. The seller had owned it a year and kept it in a garage, and I've kept it in a garage since I got it too. The car is 100% stock and the condition is excellent. It hasn't been in any accidents. All 10 VIN's on the body panels match, meaning they're original. The top is in good shape with no leaking. AC works great.

I still have the AutoCheck report from when I bought the car, which you can see here.

Mileage is now at 112k. I've kept full maintenance records, with receipts, since I got it and have always followed Honda's maintenance schedule. This past Spring, the following maintenance was done:

Oil and filter
Brake pads and brake fluid
Clutch fluid
Transmission fluid
Rear differential fluid
Coolant
Valve clearance adjustment
Spark plugs
Air filter
Wiper blades

It has a recent (August) inspection. The tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports (#2 ranked tire in its category on Tire Rack) with 5K miles on them. Optima yellow-top battery was installed 2 years ago. This covers all normal maintenance you'll need, except oil changes, for quite a while.

This was my primary car for years, but it's not anymore and I'm selling it because I don't drive it enough to justify keeping it.
