what you see is how i bought it...The prior owner was an older gentleman who had it for 4 years and wasnt into modifying. My guess is that they are from the first owners.

Question: is the tag from a 1999 Miata? 
Only posted because of your guess this was a one owner car when you got it. MyCarFax dot com will show basic maintenance information based on the VIN or state license plate. Free to sign up. Shows maintenance on the car. Does not show, though, registrations but offers some clues since the maintenance locations can be googled.
A full Carfax will show when and where the car was registered and help eliminate any guess on the number of owners.

@Cri Huang Do you really live in Taiwan? Gonna be hard to get one of the several cars your boiler plate message indicates you're "interested in" moved over there. Nigeria, though, is a common shipping location
