Alright... a fluffer is a girl (usually) whose sole job is to "pleasure" male porn stars in between scenes to keep them... happy. Typically they're up-and-coming (no pun intended) porn starlettes or ugly girls who want to be in porn.

Obviously if it was gay porn, the fluffer would be a guy, but the task is the same.
