Truthfully, while Alex's picture of his new furniture (and woman on top of it) might have been racy, you would see A LOT more in a PG-13 movie than that (IE. bikinis, see through tops, frontal nudity).

George pretty much summed it up...as did Mikey. The issue with Alex was far longer in coming than the pics he posted and the predominant reason that those pics led to him going on a little vacation wasn't so much that he POSTED them, but that he REPOSTED them after previously being slapped for it.
To be fair, while there is some concern over the consistency with which we mods do our job and make our judgements, there is EQUAL concern over the antics of a very select few people on this board who, beyond merely not agreeing with the decisions, decide to go about their civil disobedience (or whatever you want to call it) with some odd belief that actions don't have repercussions.
Within reason, the Corner has been a pretty liberal place to hang one's hat and post one's threads and thoughts. That said, on occasion people on both sides step beyond the line.
Rodney King asked if we could all just get along and the reality is...probably not. MOST of us can...but you will almost NEVER please everyone.
