Yes, my brother and his GF/Fiance whatever she is this week bought Adam the coolest rocking horse complete with horsy sounds! It came broken we had to ship it back to NYC...and still await a new one

No, I think lenient store return policies create goodwill, which is very important when you are running a service business.

February or March is normally the best time to plant bare root roses. They may be planted later, if you can find healthy, dormant bushes. Bushes planted in the fall and early winter usually die back more than those planted in the late winter. Plants growing in containers may be planted throughout the growing season, although special attention is usually necessary to keep these growing through the first summer.
