No. You have to look at the aggregate transactions, not just the initial transaction.

Let's say you have only three choices to spend your $12 - drinks, a movie or saving it in a bank. No matter which you choose, the $12 enters the economy. Even if the $12 goes to a bottle of French wine.

Need another example?

There are holes in your theory just as there are in mine. I feel your "choices" are too limited. It is my opinion that we are in need of comprehensive data analysis and reporting of these aggregate transactions as well as substantiated research on the two martini lunch.

Would you like for me to begin a campaign in hopes of proving my theory?

Go for it.

Can't you see that the number of choices is irrelevnat because the $ has to be spent or saved in some manner, regardless?

That is not true. If it were, why would anyone care about buying products made in the USA... the reason is, that money goes into the pockets of non-US employees and therefore into foreign governments...

Can we agree to disagree?

Yes.

Should I leave now, or wait for the traffic to subside?

Hard to say just one, too many come to mind...Billie Holliday for Vocals, Sonny Rollins for Saxophone. Just too many...

What is the brand name of the Hawaiian shirts that Jimmy Buffet sells?
