Dear Unkie Trunkie:

Why do my right wrist and elbow feel so sore? I haven't been watching a lot of pron I swear. Could it be something to do with spreading 60 cubic feet of mulch and running a power washer all day the next day?

I'll blame the power washer. Anytime you have any gizmo using compressed air, there's those little rumbles and hiccups. So, if you try to keep the wand of the power washer steady through those rumbles, hiccups and all that backpressure, you actually can work your forearms and wrists pretty well.
