The truly obedient and heinously dumb head for wherever you steer them. The enterprising and stupid, and therefore, the most dangerous combination of the bunch, head for the back. They believe they won't get caught in the back (despite it being a short bus).
In P_C's case, he's been here a while. We have documentation. As such, he's sitting in the front-most seat opposite the driver. Not so that we can keep an eye on him, but rather, it gives us adequate space for all the minimum-wage handlers he seems to need.
Every quarter we review his documentation, and frankly, we find he usually does what zdave does, but perhaps not entirely up to grade level.
