Cooking = Granny Smith. . . although a mix of Granny Smith and Bramley's rock (when you can get Bramley's)

2 big bottles of Martinelli's juice
2 bottles of Martinelli's cider

Boil up to a running boil, then add:
1 Cup of sugar
10 Cinnamon sticks in a bundle
1 750ml ("a fifth") of Everclear

Cool. Set in Fridge over night. . . prepare for tomorrow.
