1. Buy any brand they have at Target or Kohl's. Some guys STILL feel threatened by Levi's. I'm buying Mossimo brand at Target. Why? They're cheap.

If you're laboring over jeans, you're missing the point. You wear jeans when it's time to relax, drink Scotch and listen to the Rolling Stones. Other activities while wearing jeans may include: working on the car, watching football, and going to Denny's.
If you'll indulge my blowhardy response, I'll add that with any rule (like the guidelines above), there are some notable exceptions re: guys buying designer jeans.
1. You're in the fashion industry.
2. You're a "bottom" who needs to show your bottom.
3. You're at Denny's at 3am because you need fuel between groupie #6 and groupies #s 7,8, and 9. (even then, note this falls under the above section 3a, as the jeans company just gives said performer the jeans for free)
4. You need to convince a girl you're wealthy enough to buy a Porsche, even though you don't have one. Be sure to show off that fake Rolex a LOT. Yeah, order that Cognac. . . go ahead.

Dude, white is like any other tone; use it correctly. Contrast, lighten, blend, enjoy. Just don't be a snapperhead in a white polo and rowing cap.
