First off, thanks for posting!

Secondly, the questions get pointed at me, so don't bother trying to use the plural possessive, unless you really want to talk to "The Royal 'We.'"

Thirdly, given the amount of wheat germ that goes into most of the tasty wheat recipes I've seen, it's probably kinda-sorta-like Grape Nuts. . . but no, I don't really wonder about it. I usually have yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast.
