He's an odd one, his ambient rating is around 7D-b. . . but if he's got a real wild hair in him, he can spike at 500D-b. . . then suddenly go back down to 7D-b within minutes.

why does sour cream taste good but sour milk is ?

 

Sour cream - rich in fats, and is "soured" often by it's own derivative acid (lactic).

Sour milk - is really sour. . . as in, soured by bacteria.
