There's a place around here that makes their pizzas on halal bread. The hummus is pretty darn good.

I thought halal only applied to how they killed and drained the animals blood...I guess it must be trendy call everything Halal nowadays. Got to compete with those Kosher products!

Halal may also mean that it's okay to injest during Ramadan. . . just like "kosher," there are multiple tiers of meaning and definition, from what I've been lead to believe.
