8D, you think we're related?
There is a possibility: nobody knows the particular lineage of my last name. Great Grampa_In_Trunk apparently never mentioned it, neither did Grampa_In_Trunk.

The kicker? Not even The Mormons have it on record.

Unkie T: How does one solidify themselves after a meltdown? Or, how do they become a phoenix after spontaneous combustion?

Well, I usually do it by coalescing my thoughts into song. . .

I don't know of a singularly fool-proof consistent system. What I do know is this:

1. You're not dead.

2. Fundamentally, you had that breakdown because you are human.

3. The breakdown transpired due to stress.

4. Of that stress, which of what external, and which of it was internal. Of the internal stuff, was any of it based on irrational assumptions?

Regardless. . . I'd stick with ideas #1 and #2 for AT LEAST the next week. Meditate on them.

Hmm perhaps I should open up my journal again. For some reason I haven't done that very often as of late.

I'm skipping to part 4, since I know the vast majority of it IS irrational. Although that's immaterial when I can't see straight.
