Remember.. the one I'm looking at is an '07 that is CPO (new lease) and is only $17k. I was on EOC and there was a guy who got is ESC for only $14.5k and they were asking $18k, and it had only been sitting on the lot for only a week. And this Element has been sitting for around 6 months!
