Ask Unkie Trunkie Again!
Hey UnkieT,
How do I go about haggling at the Dealer? They want $17k for the car.. the difference on my car from what I owe on the lease, and the trade-in value I was quoted is $7k.
I wan't to offer them $20k including the rollover.. how should I go about my wording? I do know just walk out when they say "no"
. but that's all.

PS, Specialties was amazing.

Alright, so, KBB on the S2k is $24K (or, 17+7), and you're willing to take the Element for $20K?
Proper nouns are your friend.
I hate proper nouns
.
KBB on the s2k is are $22-24k (I owe $29k on the lease). They're asking $17k for the Element.
I want to get the Element for $20k OTD; but that's basically asking the Element for $13k.
So how would I word my offer to make it sound like we're both getting a deal? Or should I only ask for $15k on the Element, effectively making the new lease be $22k?
