I cannot directly answer this question. However, I can provide you with two guidelines that will lead you to the answer:

1.) If you wake up without pants in Mexico, you may have had too much.

2.) Nothing exceeds like excess.

 

87 is a lot easier and cheaper to refine. Frankly though, given modern compression rates, we probably should be like the Euro-twits, and have 89, 91, 93, and even 97 here and there.
