I actually believe that Cancer, because of the way it kind of is, is incurable. . . sorta. . . let me put it this way:
Good news: We will find cures to a whole lot of different kinds of cancer over the next 10-20 years. People's lives will change, and life will be better for more people more often.
Bad news: I tend to believe that while cancer will be 95%-99% cured, that outstanding 1%-5% will be as a result of side-effects and new cancers being discovered as we drill deeper into who/what/why of cancer and cancer treatment.
So, on the average, great news, but with a price.
