You may want a smidge of protein in a little bit. Have some yogurt, or treat yourself to some beef jerkey.

What does one do if they are overqualified...?
If you're about to apply for the job. . . fib about your depth of knowledge in certain areas. Employers seem to get off on having applicants with a breadth of knowledge, but they get fearful about a depth of too many subjects, IMHO.

If you've already interviewed, then go interview for something for which you are woefully underqualified, and see what happens.

Yes and No.

I believe in fat guys with beards.

I believe in fat guys with beards who try to get into your house.

I believe in fat guys with beards who try to get into your house through a chimney wearing red felt.

I believe in fat guys with beards who try to get into your house though a chimney wearing red felt and who love to give toys to kids.

I believe in fat guys with beards who try to get into your house though a chimney wearing red felt, who love to give toys to kids, and have a slightly-less-than-healthy preoccupation with reindeer.

However, I don't believe that Saint Nicholas was ever that person.

No, because you can usually only choose from "Normal," or "Delicate." In either of those cases, they're fine.

If you choose "Permanent Press," they stop getting altogether, and just go
