Any danger in using a washing machine who's bleach dispenser has RUST around it?

Your whites may be a shade rusty. . . but I generally wouldn't worry.

You can use some vinegar to remove the rust.

Tried scrubbing it with vinegar & it seemed to help remove a small portion but I think its too deep weird that it would rust around the plastic dispenser bowl thingie
Also used my favorite Soft Scrub w / bleach that can pretty much turn anything white again!

If I detect ANY of it getting into the was then yeah I'll just have to cave & go get a new one
