Well, you have to understand that elevators on movies and TV don't actually go up or down. . . they actually go from plot device to another plot device. The only notable exceptions are Die Hard and The Towering Inferno, where the elevator IS the plot device. . . and to the point: Bruce Willis doesn't stand there asking about the disposition of the elevator, he gets in there and goes.

Hey Unkie have you ever heard of This? We were out for dinner in the big city and our sommelier used this. I’d never heard of it but now I know what to get the +1 for Christmas! So cool.

I should also say that I've only used our standard one once on a bottle of wine I wish I hadn't saved.
