The concept for the character was that Alex needed the carbohydrates and vitamin C.

In retrospect, they were all just subtle nods to the real vitamin C that got the average 80s yuppie up in the morning.

How come bed linen companies don’t print on their bed sheets ‘top’ or ‘bottom’ on their sheets - especially on the fitted bed sheets?

And a follow up question- why do bath / kitchen towel companies feel the need to have fancy embroidery on the bottom 10-15% of their towels? We don’t need it, we need the extra drying capability.
