We went to spend time with our 1st born in Seattle 
1st time there in 10 years 
it was all about being with him and we had 4 days of fun food sights etc...... didn't visit any friends this time.
Went by our old house and our neighbor that still lives on the block across the street happened to be out front so we did say hi to him
the house looked good, trees all matured and one that had to be chopped down which had been put too close to the house
they left the stump and it was HUGE 
Now that house is around 2 MIL $
we paid like $400 K
