Not sure if it is twin or not .... very difficult to see where the pipework leads in a crowded engine bay like that .... but yes, a turbo charged Miata (Roadster in Japan) produced by Mazda ....

I'm pretty sure it's twin. See the double pipes on the right of the engine?
