That is at a VERY early stage ... the body shell is a very rough plastic .... they has that at the show as well ... I have a couple of pics ......

Like I said...I like the study. Not expecting it to be a close approximation of what we get in the next year or two...

That said, I'm happy to hear that the NC (3rd generation) Miata is supposed to have a 1.6l motor (like mine) as opposed to the 1.8 in cars since 1994 AND has a target weight of just over 2200 lbs. Even if they miss that target by as much as 200 lbs that'll still put it around the size/weight of my car...and THAT I might just have to consider as my next car!
