They're all related and they all love to get it on with horses and goats. I saw this for myself yesterday.

Yeah... it's the strangest place. I'm scared to go there.

I did a phase I site assessment of a site there for my client, the property buyer, a week ago last Friday. I found a big oil stain in an area of cracked asphalt. Took a nice, juicy photo of it. The seller later said: "I went back and looked at it. It's one layer of asphalt over another. There's no bare soil and no oil." As if I don't know the difference between asphalt and oil-saturated soil, dumb ing shit! So I had to go back out there yesterday to collect three shallow samples of oil saturated soil for laboratory analysis so I could justify going back again with a crew to take deeper samples to define the extent of the problem. The seller watched me take samples and said "We have a difference of opinion." I said "No, I rendered an expert opinion and I just had to make an unnecessary trip here to validate it. Here, take this in your hand. It's dirt. Does it look like asphalt?" Goddamn dumb, stubborn ing shit. At least I got paid for my time.

It is nice to fall back to the Corner. I've been super busy as well (my S2000 is on the lifts, the GNX's cooling system isn't holding pressure and is leaking out the weep hole - probably a leaky seal, so I've driven it hardly at all , not to mention the flu, bronchitis, and a really bad sore throat ) and it's refreshing to be back in the Corner.

at UTI, they can be real brand nazis, one-eyed monsters. Either they think the 4G63 and the 2JZ are the holy grail of the automobile and that the LS1 is a POS, or they think the 5.0 is fast and the VQ is slow because it's also in a minivan...

I'm an import guy (especially Honda) to the core, but at least I know when I'm beat. For example, look at all the $$$ I've put into my engine, and only 241whp to show for it. A stock LS1 can make that at half-throttle.

At least here, although we're mainly import fans, we respect the competition, and know our limits. Sometimes, I just wanna bitch slap those ignorant turds.

"Imports can't put down power."

This from the guy who was drooling over the computer monitor when I put down 600+rwhp on pump gas in an IMPORT

I inspected seven properties this guy is selling to my client. In another property in Riverside, part of which is a machine shop, the floor of the shop was covered with machine oil -- thick brown machine oil. The operator was tromping around in it. "I told the owner "You need to get this cleaned up. An earthquake cracks this pavement and you've got a big plume of machine oil in the ground under the building." He replies "Nah, it's just water." This guy is either a bimbo or a bullshitter, maybe both.

Sounds like the guy just wants to get rid of the properties with as little cost as possible ..... probably what most people would be looking for ..... I think the flag is the appropriate one here .....

I stabbed a guy in the hand with a fork at breakfast in the mess hall in Air Force basic training. The son of a bitch was trying to steal a sausage off my plate and didn't think I was looking. Drew blood. Everybody else at the table thought that was cool.
