following after his Pop has been getting quite into using his Green Egg he just did a Pop Up at a friends restaurant and he did an amazing variety of 
which he did on his and a friends Egg, Brisket, Beef Short Ribs , Pulled Pork and Fixins.... via Instagram only and he sold OUT in 40 Minutes

We have condo painters right now, otherwise, I'd go get a pork shoulder from this local pig farmer/butcher who has the piggies eat all the local grass/fauna at the farm on the Central Coast. Asspensive, but might be worff it.
