ATTN: CANADIANS!
I'm just sharing some wake-up.
Skating or getting ready for a dry spell
?
Detroit has 11 Stanley Cups. Ya caught up with the Devils...
Cubs, Champions? Maybe I'm confused: http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/chc/history/po...son_results.jsp dry spell?
Da Bears, oh yea Ditka Payton and the fridge. 1985 won the stuporbowl. Dry spell?
Jordan was one of the very greatest and 2x3 championships is something to be proud of. And don't forget the defense on steroids. http://blacksportsonline.com/index/2009/02/ Your point.

You want to brag about Detroit, then blast the Bears and the Cubs? I'm sorry, but didn't the Lions almost have a "perfect" season about 2 years ago by LOSING every game but one? Are the Tigers even still in the league?
You forgot that the Sox won the world series in 2005. Or did you forget that Chicago has TWO baseball teams.
You were "surprised" that CHICAGO had won a championship this decade, and I gave examples of Chicago winning a Championship in the 80's, 90's, 2000's and the 2010's. Which seems to have refuted your point.
BTW -- I hate the Bears and don't watch baseball so I really couldn't care less.
BBTW -- The Bears did make it TO the Superbowl a couple years ago. But they lost it. Which certainly isn't a championship, but does indicate a strong season that would have to be considered breaking of their dry spell. (Just in time to start another? Perhaps.)
Regardless of ALL that... Chicago is hosting Lord Stanley's cup for a year.
Philly.
