so can GNN still come on s2ki w/o logging in or is his IP address blocked therefore he can't get on from his home computer?

He'll probably be back. His IP is probably blocked, but he can long on elsewhere. Some people feel that when they are banned that their coming back is cool. F'him and the horse he screws all day.
