Raptor:

I got training on Friday for my job.

- My employer is a Small Quanity Generator of hazardous waste
- We have satellite recovery bins for our hazardous waste (and yes, the accumulation start date is clearly labelled, and no, it's not exceeding 5000kg)
- I can't move empty flourescent bulbs across the street.
- My ass is still not listed in 40 CFR or 22 CCR despite probably qualifiying for the RCRA P-list

Yeah, I just picked up yoursite on a one mile radius database search of all known hazardous waste sites, 8D. You neglected to mention that your site recently had a major release of petroleun hydrocarbons in the gasoline carbon chain range to the subsurface soil with vertical migration of benzene and methyl tertiary butyl ether to the groundwater.
