Actually it was funny, I was on hold for so long and with so many different departments I went through 4 music genre changes...then to MUZAK!

I have 5 excellent beads. 2 clear red ones, a blue one (not clear), a really cool yellow one with a swirly pattern and one of the smokey clear ones (!!).
