yea.. apparently like wick said its not a direct bolt on as it stands now and is actually quite problematic because of the electronics involved... i was lookin into doing this a few months back but decided to wait until a more stable application comes out...

its a mugen sock.. hehe.. spoon makes those as well.. it serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever other than cosmetic IMO..

actually the sock is supposed to catch any fluids that might somehow leak or otherwise not be inside the reservoir. Like bean said, cosmetic

Bean - the problem with waiting is ITB's are not going to get better, unfortunately they are just one of those parts that require serious tuning

yea.. somehow i don't think it would be worth the time and effort for the HP gains.. I could easily spend the same amount of $$ and half the time to install a supercharger.... but the sooound... the soouuund a motor with ITB's makes.. makes me jizz myself everytime i hear it!

yeah, it's really a personal choice. I don't want FI, I'm a motor guy....... to me there is more to a motor than just power numbers. To me its about how the motor responds, and I don't mind if I have to spin the thing to 10k to get the same hp, I like that
