beer huh? i like alot of belgium beers. Have you guys tried Wittekerke. That's a damn good wit bier. Or another good beer is Piraat. It's a triple so it has 10% alcohol. It's a little sweet tasting and takes a couple of sips to get used to it. I like to keep my pallete away from budweiser, coors, and miller.

As for wines, I've been impressed with a lot of the Australian wines I've had lately. Cheap and good flavor...and most of them have twist tops which is a in my book. Corks are so inferior except for those that want to feel cultured rather than appreciating a good wine...

that too. I think it's only tradition that binds people to the cork. With the screw top you don't have to worry about cutting the foil wrapper correctly. Just twist. gotta love it.

I think the cork is just one of those things. People enjoy going through the process. makes you feel "classy"
