I agree Jale . . . . but I think it is better to do that over something other than dinner. Dinner can be so suffocating. You sit across from each other. Other than what you can think of to discuss there is no change of scenery.

What about going to the park for a picnic and then a walk. You get to see things that might bring up more conversation. It is a little more intimate (maybe too much so depending on how much time you have already spent together) and is fun.

Not necessarily just a picnic but something where you can move a little and see different things. An art musuem and then a decent lunch, maybe.

Just ideas. And obviously not very good ones considering my dating situation

I'm not too worried... my best friend 'hooked us up' saturday night and they're cousins. We danced together, hung out for around 2-3 hours, and seemed to click pretty well. Hopefully it'll feel more like a second date.

Usually the first date its the make or break point for the rest of the relationship, you either click or you don't

i agree... jason and i's first date was a lunch date and i was so nervous i kept fiddling with my foot and ended up kickin him under the table like three times with my pointed toe stilettos... i'm surprised he asked me out again..

i hate dinner dates too... they suck.. i think the guy should be more original than that.. baseball games are a definite top ten on my list for dates baseball or football for that matter...
