This is why you need to have someone run numbers for you. You need to determine which has the greater financial return - keeping the S and paying off debt over a longer period vs selling the S, paying off debt, buying another S. Sometime it isn't too obvious until you crunch a few numbers.

I think I'm going to back burner things with RTC until after the holidays. I know I like her, but so far all I know for sure is she doesn't seem to hate me and I don't have the psychological energy needed to think about it...
