Interesting...maybe it's perception, but in the years that I lived back in that area it was exactly how Billy describes. By and large I think it's an American cultural norm...though there are exceptions and the trend is beginning to shift somewhat...

I think it has been moving for years.. The young girls now a days around here are not traditional... Young girls are looking more and more older.. Almost older than me its scary... They dress way provocative and hang out with older people...
