I had a great day Saturday -- watched USC demolish Colorado 40-3 in Boulder, then watched a great, great De la Hoya-Vargas fight.

We had a great group drive up to Mt. St. Helens this Saturday. What a great run. It was pretty intense up to the top. We really got to rally. Here are some pics Geoff (Relson) took.

Great shots. Looks like you had pretty good weather. Mt. St. Helens area looks like an eerie combination of burned out forest and young, new forest. How did you get those shots looking way down at the cars?

The weather was perfect...low 80s and some cloud cover to keep the sun off.

Yeah....the forest is weird to look at. You're exactly right. Old burned out forest with new growth starting to show. Kinda cool though. It still amazes me how long it's taken for thing to start growing again. All of the tress are still very young.

There were steps (a lot of them) going up to a look out. Perfect view!

Cool pix!! Looks like you guys are missing some yellows ... isn't it a blast to have a caravan of S2000's?? ... Peoples' heads just swivel as you drive by.

My gf and I went rollerblading again yesterday and drove the S through the twisties in the Santa Monica Mtns on the way home. It was awesome - we only saw 4 other cars on a 10-mile stretch.

Nice! Sounds like you had a good weekend Kathy!

Yeah....the only colors that showed up from PDX were silvers and blacks. The red and blue came down from Seattle.

Why wasn't I invited to any of this stuff? I guess you're all really afraid to be seen with a good car.
