saw an amazing burger on the food network the other night.

pretty standard beef burger, but the bacon on it was like a patty. guy boiled the bacon all together for a long while and then took it out of the water and onto a hot griddle. It kind of looked like a hashbrown patty after it was done cooking but it fully filled the top of the burger.
