What I am waiting for a callback for my SECOND Comcast issue of the day ...a special promo ended for our internet so they double billed (2 months) for service this month?

I ranted to the CSR that the deceptive billing practices HAVE TO STOP! And I threatened to call the PUC (again) and told her to look up my account..I called the utility commission once before for their and got it resolved to my liking and would not hesitate to do it again....
