As a self-appointed senior member of the council, I will agree with this mandate and bill proper fees to the credit card of James E. Poo.

Swipes card...

Okay folks...
We have a problem here. James E Poo's card was declined for outstanding purchases of sheep grooming equipment.

I will attach a trailer to this mandate that James E. Poo will be required to submit an application for a permit to apply for another credit card, along with proper fees, to the committee for review.

The council has denied your application for a permit to initiate a hostile takeover. It will, however, remand the proper fees for processing.

The council will now adjourn for lunch at the nudie bar. Any committee members who wish to attend may submit an application for a permit to go to the nudie bar and proper fees, paid preferably with $1 bills, to the council for approval.
