Okay Mom has been busy on the phone checking on prices of the several Hotels that had been sugested for the Con. Here is a list of what I found out.

Note we will not be getting any price break for a large group as all of the Hotels said it starts at a group of 50 rooms and I don't think we have that many going

Also note that if you were not aware this is a HOLIDAY WEEKEND as Monday October 13th is Columbus Day (Thanksgiving Day Canada) What ever that means maybe Lil Girl or John can fill us in on that one So since it is a Holiday Weekend this affects the rates

Now these prices are for a Standard room for up to two people with either One King or Two Double Beds.

OKAY as you can see the rates go up n down per day except for the NY NY

These are obviously not the ONLY choices just the ones I have contacted so far.
I will be happy to call some other Hotels maybe some of the smaller names to see if the rates are any better such as maybe Harrahs or Circus Circus (geeee that sounds like a good place for Monkeys

Flamingo Hilton and so on there are many. I have listed the phone numbers so that you can contact them yourselves to ask questions or make a reservation. We are hoping to get to have everyone in one place if possible. I will start PM ing you all this week for confirmations. Note I was told by Brunt and James that they were thinking Luxor but I see that Excalibur has better rates I think that if were gonna try to get the best rates so far of these anyway it would be Excalibur. Not sayin we have to choose that one just pointing out the price difference!

Last time I was in the Excalibur it smelled like rotted meat ...but on the plus side it has a Krispy Kreme for a nutritious sugar-filled breakfast!
