Getting a group of rooms is going to be tough I would have thought. Not many hotels anywhere will give you a group, since it it difficult for them to get them all free at the same time .....

Maybe we are just going to have to decide on the hotel (and if it's the Luxor decide on Pyramid or Tower) and then book separately.

Alterntively we could choose a more out of the way smaller place that might be more open to doing a deal for about 20 rooms ... but then we wouldn't be on the strip, which is where most people want to be .....

 

Well Mr. Shali its seems YOU have this under control so maybe YOU should be telling everyone whats goin on!

 

TO: who ever is in charge of hotel signups, I'm staying with my brother who lives there. he is going to give me a favorable rate

also, I've asked my boss for that weekend off and he hasn't gotten back to me yet. will ask again today.

 

holy crap - the airfare from Rhode Island to Vegas for that weekend is $255! Oh well I still can't go.

Okay I have PMed EVERYONE I hope I sent out 34 PM's and have allready heard back from several of you! Thanks for your quick response! We have 3 confirmed Yes's and 2 confirmed No's and 5 Maybe's so far I'll keep you updated and then will compose THE LIST!

 

Mom, as far as I'm concerned, you might as well take off everything but Luxor from the list... There's no way in hell I'm paying for the Mirage or Treasure Island. Seems like the Luxor will work for everyone and is reasonably priced, so why cloud the issue?

 

She's a mom. It's their JOB to cloud issues...
