where found:
Although these are extremely rare and only known to exist on the east coast, there have been sightings in Seattle, San Diego, and HI. It is not know whether this is an IHW that has migrated from the east for a temporary period or relocated.
If you encounter one:
These are voracious creatures with a formidable mean streak. For women it is best to stay still until the beast passes. Do NOTHING to draw attention to yourself. Can generally be subsided with extreme amounts of alcohol -- although this has also been known to incite violence on occassion.
