ok. I see why you've been rushed, then.

Nothing too important to figure out, the most important thing is that you always train villagers from your TC, pretty much no matter what until you're in the third or fourth age. As long as you don't keep your TC constantly active with villagers, you will be successfully rushed by the Hard computers.

Since wood takes a lot of time to collect, you need to first make a lot of villagers from your town center, then when you have a good steady source of wood, start making them from your houses too...

I think that's the only change you need really, the rest isn't critically important. the TC thing is really killing you, that's like 99% of the problem
