ARGHHH!!!

While washing my car, I found LOTS of these tiny black spots on the car, mostly on the hood and trunk, that wouldn't wash off. Not even with tar remover.

I couldn't figure out what they were, then I found this:

Thanks George, I'll give that a shot. But it'll probably have to wait till spring. Last weekend was probably the one nice weekend we'll have this winter.
