Some quick advice for boot camp, Luke:
No matter what you did wrong, or why you did it... when confronted by a superior Warrant or commissioned officer, the best response on your part is "I
ed up". Always be willing to offer an explanation when asked, but never, I mean NEVER offer an excuse. There is never an acceptable excuse, but there is often a reasonable explanation.

Advice from me:
Do as you are told, not as you see the guy next to you doing.
Attention to detail is the most important thing in all military service.
If you are going to do something high risk (sport related or other...) while on liberty, do NOT have any alcohol in your system.
