Unhappy DILEMMA DILEMMA DILEMMA

in case you don't know, i have a tendency to be the most indecisive person sometimes... went over to Mercedes Benz yesterday, and i'm almost sold on the new CLK.... both of the above choices will come out to approximately $870 a month payment.... and i can't decide if i should go for it and at least get a tax write off for the money spent, or if i should just keep looking...

thanks errbody!

My opinion ... I bought a BMW 325i Conv after the S .... and I don't think that you will be happy with either of those cars. If you like the driving experience of the S you will find both of the Mercs too sanitised to have the fun that you are used to .....

They shouldn't be THAT much .... based on prices outside the US, I would have thought that they should be around 70 ~ 80k ....

RC

I think you will find THe Benz a little too calm of a ride compared to the S. They are great cars though and it isnt a bad choice. It just might not have the fun factor you are used to.

The MB's are very tame compared to the S2000. I drove an SMG CLK430 which shifted like a missile. I really didn't like it as it didn't have the edginess and feedback of the S2000.

Plus I didn't want people to think I was in my 50's

What does a missile shift like?

Also, aren't you in your 50s?
